❌ You may NOT claim the original reference photo as your own work.

❌ You may NOT post high-resolution, unwatermarked images online, even for personal use.

❌ You may NOT run the photo through a filter, AI generator, or app and call it a finished piece.

❌ All digital paintings must be hand-drawn. Simply manipulating the photo itself does not constitute original artwork.

3. Licensing & Copyright

All reference photos remain the copyright of Karen Broemmelsick and are licensed, not sold.

Purchasing an image grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for artistic reference use.

The license applies to one artist only—if multiple artists need to use an image, each must purchase their own copy.

4. Refunds
